New Build

Conversions
Conversions to dwellings are required to have an EPC upon completion of works.
We can provide guidance on suitable specifications to meet the minimum building regulation requirements for new and upgraded walls, floors and roofs.

Extensions
Where your extension has glazing exceeding 25% of the floor area you will be required to justify the glazing.
We undertake both area-weighted u-value and SAP calculations to justify the proposed area of glazing.
