New Build

New buildings must have design stage (BRUKL) and as-built SBEM calculations and an EPC upon completion of the works to comply with building regulations.

Conversions

Conversions are required to have an EPC upon completion of works. 

We can provide guidance on suitable specifications to meet the minimum building regulation requirements for new and upgraded walls, floors and roofs. 

Extensions

If your extension has been identified as exceeding the allowable glazing limits in the building regulations you will required to justify the glazing. 

We undertake both area-weighted u-value and SBEM calculations to justify the proposed area of glazing.
